Shipping

The orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days by registered mail, at a cost of 30 NIS

The package trucking number will be given to the customer by email after sending. This tracking number allows the buyer to monitor the status and location of the package.

The package will be sent to the address you registered in your personal details, if you want to send to a different address, please let me know.

refund / exchange

You can change your product or receive a refund within 14 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

On condition that the returned item was not used, damaged, unwashed, and shipped in the original packaging with the original receipt.

Buyer pays the return delivery (by registered mail). A refund/exchange will be made immediately after the item has returned to the seller.
